One of the biggest compliments you can receive as a photographer is to be hired outright by other photographers.

This birth goes down as one of the longest births I have attended but also one of the most fun. Dad was completely supportive and attentive and Mom worked so hard to birth her gorgeous son. I think the fact that they are both incredible wedding photographers allowed them to feel totally comfortable in front of the camera.

One of my most favorite quotes from this birth was when the baby was about to be born and the Dad said, “Wow, I feel like I just worked 3 three weddings.” It made me smile and know that the work I was doing was going to be deeply appreciated.
